Descriptif

This English workshop is designed to enable students to advance their linguistic and communicative skills as well as gain an understanding of Anglo-Saxon/French communicative similarities and differences. The instruction focuses on developing listening comprehension, question/response and the speaking skills needed to effectively participate in academic and everyday discourse. This will be achieved by exploring  themes through media, group activities, role-plays, discussions and presentations.

    2 – Cultural Differences

    Objective : Understanding different types of humour and how it can lead to misunderstandings in business
