Descriptif
This course gives an introduction to some theories of linear acoustics, with an emphasis on the radiation of elementary sources, electroacoustics (sensors and actuators), and room acoustics
Objectifs pédagogiques
Applying elementary theories of acoustics in realistic situations, yet of moderate complexity. Understanding the approximations underlying the proposed models, evaluating them in various situations, knowing the main features of the models, identifying and understanding scientific articles that may help to solving specific problems.
